Plenty of our senior clients have been getting the same haircut for forty years and want it done properly rather than reinterpreted. That's a perfectly good brief, and the barber will follow it. Bring a photo if it's easier than describing it. If you'd rather a cut that's simple to keep tidy between visits, say so and the barber will cut with that in mind.
